Prior to that appointment and since 2010 Mr. Hollander had been self-employed as a business and accounting consultant through his personal services company, Venture Equity, LLC. Mr. Hollander brings to his position with Planet Wealth 45 years of experience in financial accounting, having participated in a wide spectrum of events, including acquisitions, public offerings, and SEC reporting, all of which works in tandem with assisting the company to help ensure issuers are compliant.
