Beta Breakthrough: Planet Wealth’s DealRocket SaaS Surpasses Industry Expectations!

Dear Shareholders,
I am thrilled to share a significant milestone with you, one I have personally anticipated for a long time. Last week, we successfully completed the real-world beta test of our Deal Rocket Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, marking a pivotal step in our mission to empower everyday individuals to access capital and potentially help make their financial dreams reality.
During our beta launch, we hosted a five-day challenge using Pedro Adao’s framework, bringing together a diverse group of 41 participants. Some were more tech-savvy, others less so—providing a meaningful cross-section of user types from which we could solicit feedback. Regardless of their background or level of financial sophistication, they all engaged with our platform under the guidance of our team.
It is difficult to describe how exciting it was to watch real people use our platform. The energy among the challenge participants was fantastic, and our team responded with genuine enthusiasm as we all saw our vision for Planet Wealth come to life in real-time. I was incredibly proud as the team walked users through the platform, ensuring participants had the tools and knowledge to prepare their deals.
The challenge process was very well received, creating a tangible impact through the data, feedback, and testimonials we collected. Of 41 attendees, 17 had real estate experience and could construct their deal without additional education from our Deal Rocket Academy education platform. Of those 17, six chose to move forward to submit their deals for our compliance review. That is more than a 35% targeted user conversion rate! While industry standards outline that only 3% of attendees will convert to become users, the early results have exceeded expectations and reinforced our confidence in the platform’s value proposition. While this is not a statistically significant sample size, at the very least, it is a deeply encouraging beginning.
Perhaps even more inspiring was the excitement I mentioned earlier that was generated during the challenge. Just 30 minutes into our first presentation, our audience size had doubled beyond our initial registration. People were inviting others in real-time, sharing our message with others, who were then attempting to gain access. We always dreamed of creating the type of organic, palpable enthusiasm among our community to transform our belief into a movement. I believe that movement began last week. Seeing individuals, we had never spoken to before, spreading our vision to their networks underscored the potential reach and impact of what we have built.
This week, our team is analyzing the data collected during the beta launch to refine the platform ahead of our next challenge later this month, where we will onboard a cohort of paid users. With the enthusiasm we witnessed, I believe our momentum will continue to accelerate.
