Early Sales Signal, Retention Strength, and NYC Date Shift

September brought both friction and forward motion. We tightened our go-to-market strategy, saw encouraging sales signals, and adjusted the timing of our New York event to increase impact.
Go-to-Market: Closer Onboarded
We onboarded our first inside sales closer and began proving out our sales motion. Early indicator: 37% of recent webinar attendees booked a 1:1 sales call. Over the next several weeks we will continue refining the funnel, scripting, and handoffs.
Customer Success: Durable Relationships
A metric that matters: Last month saw a 95% historical customer retention rate. This durability is our foundation for efficient growth and cohort LTV.
Capital Markets: Placement Execution
Your broker-dealer, currently in FINRA’s CMA process, proved its mettle last month as a placement agent and successfully raised enough capital that the client had to amend its agreement multiple times to accommodate additional incoming cash.
Event Update: New Dates
We are moving NYC Deal-Maker LIVE to Saturday–Monday, November 8–10, 2025 (Brooklyn) to ensure that the experience for attendees and potential clients is as close to perfect as we can make it.
