From Cold Start to Conversion Combustion: Revving Our Marketing Engine

Dear Shareholders,
I begin this month with a sincere thank you to CMO Joel Louis and his talented Marketing team. Celebrating successes together is part of how community wins at Planet Wealth, and Joel and his crew are responsible for much of the results you see below.
This first half of the year has been about motion: building systems, proving demand, and turning a cold start into a warm, conversion-driven engine. We’ve executed fast, learned quickly, and gained critical insight into the needs of the founders we’re here to serve. Let’s dive in:
Building Our Contact Database from the Ground Up
When we began the year, our total contact database was just a handful of names. Today, we have increased that number by over 2200% with verified full names and emails—and 71% of all contacts have also provided phone numbers. This allows us to follow up via multi-channel outreach (email, SMS, retargeting), increasing trust, deliverability, and response.
Our Marketing Strategy: Educate, Engage, Convert
Our strategy is multi-channel and education-first, with each component reinforcing the next:
- Paid Media: Meta & Instagram campaigns targeting cold real estate investors & entrepreneurs.
- Organic Content: Weekly posts, storytelling reels, and a growing LinkedIn presence—driving over hundreds of thousands of social media impressions.
- Podcast: 12 episodes live, with high watch times and click-through rates (CTR).
- Email: 99%+ deliverability and very strong open and click rates given this is all cold traffic.
- Community: Our Facebook group and social inboxes have exchanged thousands of messages, helping us maintain high-touch engagement.
The Core Funnel: Masterclass → Bootcamp → Activation
At the heart of our system is a two-step conversion engine designed to do what cold instructional classes rarely can: build real trust and move people toward action.
- The Masterclass introduces prospects to the Reg CF opportunity, educates them on the law and our platform, and shifts their mindset from “Can I raise?” to “Where do I start?”
- The 5-Day Bootcamp (aka ‘Mission’) helps them execute—fast. Over 5 days, we guide them through 80% of the foundational work required to launch a capital raise.
We’ve now completed 3 full missions: Voyager1, Europa1, and Juno1, and have learned more with each cohort.
What’s Next (July–December 2025)
The next six months are about activating what we’ve built—and scaling it with discipline. Here’s what we’re focused on:
- Activating our first wave of platform beta users, helping them officially launch their Reg CF deals with concrete targets for offering launches.
- Doubling our database through ongoing ad optimization and referral strategies.
- Conducting live, in-person bootcamps (“Mission Tours”) starting with our first stop in Brooklyn, NYC
- Launching new Bootcamp cycles enhanced with automation, expanded social proof, and backend systems for deeper engagement, faster onboarding, and higher show-up rates.
- Increasing podcast output and visibility, featuring high-caliber guests, influencer collaborations, and repurposed short-form content across YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Rolling out our Affiliate Program to reward our earliest advocates and challenge graduates to bring others into the Planet Wealth ecosystem.
- Establishing strategic Joint Ventures with aligned brands, educators, and capital access networks to expand distribution and credibility.
These efforts already in motion, aimed at turning interest into activation, and momentum into measurable scale.
