Winning the Second Half with Continued Momentum

Dear Shareholders,
We spent the first half of 2025 building crucial infrastructure, validating systems, and continuing to grow our audience. Leveraging this foundation, we’re advancing into our next strategic phase of activation, monetization, and market expansion. Here’s what we’re aiming to execute and how I see it moving the business forward:
1. Live Offerings
We are officially onboarding our next wave of issuers. Each wave underscores platform credibility, helps generate revenue, and provides a model for scaling the platform and future offerings. New campaigns are underway, including our first enterprise client.
2. SaaS Masterclass: Direct Subscription Testing
On August 26 and 28, we officially activate DIY SaaS mode. We’ll begin testing a new front-end offer with a shorter sales cycle.
This marks our first test of a direct-to-subscription model to a hands-on audience of entrepreneurs, founders, and real estate operators who prefer tools and templates over guided bootcamps.
3. Brooklyn Live Event: A High-Touch Customer Experience
From September 27 through 29, we will host our first in-person Mission Tour in Brooklyn, New York. This three-day event is designed to educate, activate, and convert highly motivated real estate operators into Planet Wealth issuers.
This is a one-of-a-kind, immersive experience that provides a behind-the-scenes look at the inner workings of deal-making. Attendees will be bused to multiple active properties and witness real-world walkthroughs, deal evaluation, renovation planning, and site management. They’ll view firsthand the full spectrum of what it takes to leverage the ability to raise capital and operate in real estate at a high level. This is the first of many regional “Mission Tours” we plan to replicate in key real estate markets nationwide.
Additional Growth Levers in Motion
- Launching a full affiliate program designed to drive referral-based organic growth and lower customer acquisition costs
- Building joint venture partnerships with aligned capital-raising influencers and educators
- Expanding podcast production and repurposing our content across platforms to grow brand authority and attract high-intent leads
- Executing a coordinated push to double our database size while we continue working to reduce costs
These initiatives are designed to bring new energy to the ecosystem and support our goal of scaling revenue alongside platform activation.
The Big Picture
Each item outlined above is part of a single coordinated strategy. This isn’t fragmented marketing, but a fully integrated system designed to turn cold traffic into trust, and trust into long-term platform adoption.
What excites us most is that we now have the full stack in place:
